The User Service Center (USC) provides support and technical assistance to users of different products. The main activities carried out are: telephone assistance, incident management, resolution of technical problems, configuration assistance, monitoring and updating of notices.
Our User Service Center is a service that provides assistance to installers of various telecommunications operators and to customers with self-supply incidents, offering specialized advice on the installation and configuration of equipment delivered by the logistics operator. We carry out interventions, both in the resolution of incidents and in the provisioning of new equipment. For this purpose, we use support applications belonging to Euskaltel and R Galicia that allow us to provide technical support for the remote configuration of customer equipment and telephone lines. This enables us to carry out certain diagnostics that help to resolve incidents and, if not, field technicians are sent or escalations are made to level 2 and 3 specialists.
Our USC has technical and operational skills with the capacity to adapt to the needs and dimensions of any company, establishing effective communication channels between users and technicians, experts in the resolution of any type of incident. We follow up on problems and implement customer retention and loyalty strategies, which allows us to guarantee a satisfactory experience for our users and customers.
