In the Network Operations Center (NOC), a team of network professionals works to ensure the efficient and secure operation of the network infrastructure, using special AI (artificial intelligence) systems. The activities carried out are varied: network monitoring, incident management, support and troubleshooting, planning and escalation.
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is a technological service that provides assistance and technical support to technicians from various telecommunications operators. We intervene in customer trouble tickets and all types of network failures. For this purpose, we use support applications belonging to Euskaltel and R Galicia that allow us to provide technical support, both for the remote configuration of customer equipment and telephone lines, as well as for the visualization of signal levels in the network distribution branches, among others. This enables us to carry out rigorous diagnostics and allows us to solve certain faults. In case of failures that we cannot solve, we send field technicians or escalate to level 2 and 3 specialists.
