Electrical reorganisation of Galindo WWTP

This electrical reorganisation project enables expansion of the power of the Galindo WWTP and the provision of several functionalities it did not have before. As the main actions: Four new buildings to house transformer centres and emergency sets. New emergency generation by means of two sets of 2,500 kVA each. New substation and four new transformer centres. New channelling for 30 kV. Replacement of all LV transformer centres. New low voltage busbar trunking (shielded bars). New fibre optic ring network for communication with supervision SCADA. New control system for transfer of lines, automatic start-up of emergency sets and automatic load shedding.

Configuration of a SCADA for intelligent control and operation of the main HV network and transformer centres.

Activity – WWTP and DWTP

Developed services – Architectural and structural construction and electromechanical installation project for buildings. Basic and detailed electrical engineering. Control and display systems engineering.
Tender stage Technical Support: evaluation and analysis of bids, preparation of technical and economic reports for awarding the works. Project management before and during execution. Supervision and coordination of external Technical Control Organisation (OCT) and Approved Inspection Agency (OCA) inspection services (IPP). Technical Support during commissioning, acceptance and delivery of the works.
